Convention 2024
- You will be able to pay for your meals by Credit or Debit card via PayPal or send funds by BACS, we hope to have a Worldpay option shortly.
- Refunds will only be available up to 31st January 2024 unless the Hotel agrees to a refund.
Hotel bookings are made via the Avisford Park by telephone directly.
To book your stay please contact the Events Team at the Hotel on 01243 558300 Option 2.
Out of business hours please e-mail; salesofficemanager@avisfordparkhotel.com, quoting Group 806 and a telephone number.
The hotel will then contact you, confirm and take card details. Whilst our room allocation lasts, the rates are £105 B&B for a Classic Double and £145 for a Superior Double. Single rates also apply.
Our allocation lasts until the rooms run out - or the 4th January 2024 – whichever is first.
Rooms may be cancelled up to 48hrs before your arrival date – at which time, the card payment will be processed.
